I take great pride in providing my clients with a well-written report that is very thorough. Your finished report is downloaded to a secure website and delivered to you via e-mail within 24 hours. The report is archived and is easily accessible and can be viewed anytime.

Thermal Imaging Inspections

We use the latest in technology on our inspections, and that includes thermal imaging.

Thermal imaging allows us to see things that other inspectors may miss. While thermal imaging can’t see through walls, it does help in other ways.

For instance, we are able to see temperature differentials. This means we are able to find many issues that are invisible to the naked eye.

These issues include electrical safety issues, roof leaks, plumbing leaks, missing insulation, and hundreds of other issues that would have otherwise been missed unless thermal imaging was utilized.

We offer this service to give you the best inspection possible.

What is Included

 I inspect over 1500 items. In addition to reporting on conditions that require repair or replacement, I will make recommendations for preventive maintenance and improvements. I will also familiarize you with location and operation of gas, water, and electrical shut-offs in case of emergency. Areas inspected include, but not limited to:
